He recently created digital chef Aunt Sofia. Her profile is present on Instagram and she talks about capers, ingredients, Italian recipes, travels around Italy with her #ziasofiaintour, a sort of trip to the peninsula designed to create a following and "exploit" artificial intelligence to tell and promote the territory, which, in turn, helps the artificial intelligence to learn the traditions and history of the place, obviously from a food and wine point of view. “Aunt Sofia has the task of guiding cooking enthusiasts to discover local culinary traditions and, at the same time, drawing on artificial intelligence to find new inspirations, ideas and innovations in the kitchen” Azzinnari explains.
